Brief History of Prime Movers

Their hey day was 1981 to 1987. The band never quite got the recognition that they definitely deserved. As any band touring for several years and not getting paid like you would hope, they broke up and for the majority of the 90′s except for one brief failed reunion in 95, they remained broken up. Until in 2003 when they were brought together at the Middle East to play a one-off show together, they realized just how amazing it was to be back playing together again and also how much material never got recorded. Their latest album, Back in Line, was recorded and released back in 2007. They toured shortly afterward in Europe and in the US.�
